Rik studied photography at the Philadelphia College of Art and has been photographing professionally for magazines and websites for the past 35 years. And while he focused mainly on travel, cars, and product photography, his first love has always been the kind of fine-art nature and landscape imagery you see here. His many travels have ranged from Japan, China and Borneo to Iceland, Lapland and Morocco. In recent years, however, he has increasingly explored the hidden gems of New York’s Lower Hudson Valley, where he lives.
