When reflecting on my earlier years, I most fondly remember those weekends my father would take me along to art galleries and exhibitions all over the city. My father and I would walk side-by-side, in the art-filled spaces, in silence and then afterwards, reflect upon the pieces and our experience before heading back home. Looking back, I realize now that those weekends spent with my father led me to find art as my lifelong companion.

While I use clay as my primary medium, I experiment with multiple mediums as the different textures and impressions of each material inspires me to organically create into shapes and objects what it is that I experience and sense in the world around me. This might manifest as cubic shapes piled on top of one another in multiple formations, or a painting-like wall piece recreating the movement of lines and relation of lines to space.
